Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Breakfast is not included in standard rates. OTHER SPACE CAFÉ is open daily 7:15–22:00 (last order 21:30) and serves a full breakfast menu every morning, available at an additional cost.

Do you offer discounts for long stays?

Yes. Stay 5 nights or more for 5% off per night. Stay 30 nights or more for 10% off per night. Discounts apply automatically via the booking widget when the qualifying nights are selected.

What is included in the room rate?

All rates include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, exclusive access to our rooftop terrace (hotel guests only), and use of the semi-open terrace. Breakfast and café meals are billed separately.

Take the Narita Express (N'EX) to Ueno Station (~55 min), then the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line to Asakusa Station (~5 min). Total: ~70–90 min. Taxi costs approximately ¥20,000–¥25,000 and takes 60–90 min.

How do I get to OTHER SPACE Asakusa from Haneda Airport?

Take the Tokyo Monorail to Hamamatsucho Station, then the Toei Asakusa Line directly to Asakusa Station. Total: ~40–50 min. This is the fastest and most direct route from Haneda.

Which train station is closest to the hotel?

Asakusa Station is the nearest, served by the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, Toei Asakusa Line, and Tobu Skytree Line. The hotel is an 8–10 minute walk from the station exits.

Is parking available at the hotel?

The hotel does not have dedicated on-site parking. Paid public parking is available within a short walking distance. We strongly recommend using public transport, as Asakusa is exceptionally well connected.

Is the hotel accessible by taxi or rideshare?

Yes. Our address is 3-4-10 Asakusa, Taito-ku, Tokyo 111-0032. You can show this to any taxi driver. Rideshare apps (Uber, GO) also operate in the Asakusa area.

What is a Koagari-style room?

A Koagari room features a traditional Japanese raised-floor platform (小上がり) with authentic futon beds. It offers a genuine local cultural experience while providing all modern hotel amenities. Our most popular room type for guests seeking a uniquely Japanese stay.

Is Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel?

Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and common areas, including the rooftop terrace, semi-open terrace, and café.

Do you have a rooftop or outdoor area?

Yes. We have an exclusive rooftop terrace reserved for hotel guests only, offering panoramic views of Senso-ji Temple and Tokyo Skytree. We also have a semi-open terrace suitable for working, dining, or relaxing.

What amenities can I borrow from the front desk?

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, IC card payments, and cash in Japanese Yen (JPY). All charges are processed in JPY.

Can I pay in foreign currency?

No. All payments are in Japanese Yen (JPY). We do not offer currency exchange. We recommend using a credit card or withdrawing JPY from an ATM before arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary by booking plan. Most plans allow free cancellation up to a set number of days before check-in. Check your booking confirmation email for exact terms specific to your reservation.

Will I receive a full refund if I cancel?

Refund eligibility depends on your booking plan and cancellation timing. Free-cancellation plans are fully refunded within the allowed window. Non-refundable rates cannot be refunded. Contact us with your booking reference if unsure.

What happens if I need to shorten my stay after check-in?
