What Is the Shakuhachi?
The shakuhachi is a traditional Japanese bamboo flute known for its soft, breath‑like tone and meditative sound. Once used by Zen monks for spiritual practice, it’s now loved for its expressive, atmospheric music that blends ancient tradition with modern creativity.
